Senior Bid Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Bid Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our Work Winning Team, responsible for overseeing the production and management of persuasive, high-quality, and concise Procurement Specific Questionnaires (PSQs) and bids/tenders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's growth by delivering winning submissions that meet client needs while achieving high-quality scores.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the bid process, including pre-market engagement, tender reviews, and strategy development.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to produce competitive, high-quality submissions.
Organise tender launch meetings, maintain bid programmes, and ensure deadlines are met.
Create high-quality written submissions and post-tender presentations, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Identify and communicate win themes effectively while mitigating potential risks.
Conduct internal bid reviews and lessons learned sessions to refine bidding strategies.
Mentor and guide junior team members to support their development.
