This is a full-time, on-site Bid Manager (PCSA )role based in Hertford.
The Bid Manager will have experience of working within PCSAs managingthe entire bid lifecycle including the preparation and submission of bids or proposals, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Our client are seeking an individual ideally from a Design or Project Management background with experience in the commercial and residential markets.
Key responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, overseeing bid processes, facilitating proposal development, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver customized and compelling proposals that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in Bid Preparation and Bid Management processes.
* Strong skills in Bid Writing and Proposal Management, including crafting persuasive and tailored content.
* Thorough understanding of Bid Processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills to handle complex bid strategies.
* Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborators across various functional areas.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or pre-construction sectors is beneficial.
* Understanding of project lifecycle and commercial aspects within the industry is advantageous.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
