Overview
People Partner (HR) role at All About Food Ltd. This is a full-time position in an office located in Central Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Manage the People Person to deliver all People Administration on time, accurately and in full (Letters, Sage HR data management in line with GDPR, Office management, Co-op Live & Surprise & Delights, Social media, Monthly Business Updates, Community Team).
* With support from external HR and Health & Safety partners ensure all AAF policies and procedures, employment contracts, service contracts and office setup are up to date with latest employment law and Health & Safety requirements.
* Manage all AAF people relations (ER) queries and issues with support from external HR partners where appropriate.
* Manage half-year and full-year performance review processes, calibration, and annual salary/bonus review; ensure minutes are recorded and that timely feedback and formal documentation is communicated to staff.
* Deliver internal training and coordinate with external training providers to ensure training (EQi, Communication Skills, IT) meets business needs and stays within budget.
* Manage the AAF recruitment process; ensure hiring managers follow the process while identifying opportunities to evolve and improve the process and our offer to attract the right people cost-effectively.
* Be custodian of the AAF Employer Brand and develop cost-effective ways to build the brand in the North West of England through physical and digital activation.
* Lead the Community Team and develop an annual plan to meet our Trusted Partner enabler of “strive to make the world the best it can be” and support Employer Brand and Social Capital goals.
* Be the AAF GDPR Controller, ensuring UK GDPR compliance and appropriate measures to ensure data processing complies with data protection principles.
* Be the designated Competent Person responsible for Health & Safety in AAF, with support from external Health & Safety partner.
