Job Description
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax and pension contributions.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
* Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation and information.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related queries.
* Implement payroll updates and adjustments in response to company or regulatory changes.
* Provide training and guidance to junior payroll staff, if required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:
* Previous experience leading a small payroll team
* Knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements, PAYE and HMRC rules
* Experience working with Zellis Resource Link and Kronos systems
* Strong analytical skills
* Full UK license
* An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
