About the role
An exciting opportunity to become England Women U19 S&C Consultant for our tour to Australia in 2026. The role will maximise player physical preparation and availability in combination with the England Women SS&M team and County S&M teams across the preparation and performance phases for an England Women U19 squad.
The England Women U19 tour to Australia will provide opportunities in an inspirational development environment with competitive exposure at International level for players deemed with the highest potential to play for England Women in the future, as well as players highlighting key potential to further their career within the domestic game.
The England Women U19 S&C Coach will lead the physical development programme, ensuring the preparation and performance phase of the programme are delivered to the highest of standards. They will provide regular connections to the County teams that the players are associated with.
