Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Stoke‑on‑Trent. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant and takeaway partners, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting client training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
* Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute successful sales strategies
* Experience in Training clients or team members to enhance performance and ensure service understanding
* Ability to build lasting partnerships and maintain a customer‑focused approach
* Highly motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
* A valid driver’s license and familiarity with the Stoke‑on‑Trent area is an advantage
