About the Role:
As Sales Director, you will develop and implement a global commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand the company’s reach across existing and new markets. You’ll focus on growing membership and service sales, building strategic key account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting events and exhibitions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute a global commercial strategy to drive new business
* Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet targets and KPIs
* Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Develop key account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities
* Organise events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote services
* Travel internationally to support business growth initiatives
About You:
* Proven experience designing and delivering a commercial strategy
* Track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring sales teams
* Strong understanding of diverse industries and supply chains
* Results-driven with measurable success in sales growth
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
* Strong organisational skills and self-motivated
* Comfortable with international travel and face-to-face meetings
* Competent in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Desirable:
* Experience in testing or certification environments
* Event management and delivery experience
* Experience in international sales and social media engagement
