About the role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop team. You'll greet customers, manage their service and repair needs, and ensure they receive a seamless experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities: * Welcoming customers and booking in service and repair appointments * Providing clear and accurate service advice and estimates * Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated throughout the day * Upselling additional products and services where appropriate * Managing invoicing and handover of vehicles on collection * Signposting customer surveys to secure great feedback!
