Based near Leeds. Will need to be able to become SC Cleared.
Core Responsibilities and Qualifications
As IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following skills:
* Microsoft Windows Server
* Microsoft Office 365
* Ideally VMware, Citrix & Azure, or at least two of them
* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and preferably some Group Policy
Successful candidates will be able to become SC Cleared and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with previous experience of working within a fast‑paced environment, preferably enterprise level or within an MSP.
Anyone with previous experience of adding value to a team and escalating to the 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers will also be considered.
Must have strong documentation skills, be able to adhere to processes and procedures, and handle incident management and escalations from the Service Desk.
