Sales Adviser
to help people take the next step into their new home.
This is a people-driven role where relationship-building is just as important as commercial awareness. You'll guide customers from first enquiry through to reservation, delivering a high-quality experience while working towards clear sales goals.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and converting enquiries into site visits and sales
* Building strong relationships by understanding customer needs
* Showcasing homes, incentives, and lifestyle benefits with confidence
* Using strong local knowledge to support customer decision-making
* Working collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets
What we're looking for
* Experience in a sales or service-led environment (property, retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar)
* Commercially aware, resilient, and target-driven
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* IT-literate and adaptable to new systems and ways of working
* Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and travel when required
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
