Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our team. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The Management Accountant will collaborate with various departments to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
* Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
* Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage budgets.
* Support audits and other financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
