We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team covering 40 hours per week, starting from December 2025. You will have the opportunity to work across our fantastic practices, mostly a mix of Lynton Vets Horsell and Spinney Hill Addlestone, with occasional cover at Windlebrook Bagshot. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. You will manage appointment bookings, handle queries, and take payments, while also dispensing medication and assisting with general administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be required to handle account queries, chase outstanding debt, and manage payments, as well as complete end-of-day banking and monitor petty cash records. You will also support the team with any other administrative tasks as required by the Head Receptionist, Practice Manager, or Clinical Director will also be part of your duties. The practice maintains state-of-the-art clinical equipment, such as dental radiography, Virtual Veterinary equipment (VVS), ultrasound scanners, anaesthetic multiparameter and patient warming equipment. Your shift pattern You will work 40 hours per week with shifts between the hours of 8 am and 9:30 pm, with Saturdays on a rota.
