Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a respected Local Authority, based in Warwickshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation and Contracts Solicitor to join their team. The role offers predominantly remote working, with occasional attendance required for court hearings and committee meetings.
Role: Litigation and Contracts Solicitor
Location: Local Authority - Warwickshire
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55ph
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and overseeing and litigation and contracts law caseload from start to completion.
* Advising on matters relating to licensing, waste and health & safety law.
* Representing the authority at court hearings and Licensing Committees.
