Are you an experienced senior leader who understands what exceptional care and high-quality living looks like? As District Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of 7 care homes across Yorkshire, delivering high-quality services and great place to live for older people.

* A natural leader with the ability to engage, influence and develop high-performing teams.

* Confidence in managing financial performance while maintaining an uncompromising focus on care quality and resident wellbeing.

* Previous experience within nursing or clinical care would be desirable.

If you’re ready to take on a leadership role where you can help shape quality, performance and resident experience across a portfolio of homes – we’d love to hear from you
