33 - 44 hours per week, 8.45 pm – 7.45 am.
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Night Care Assistant to join our team, supporting residents living with dementia during overnight hours. You will help ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and emotional support to residents throughout the night.
2. Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond promptly to their needs.
3. Carry out regular checks and maintain accurate night-time records.
4. Support bedtime and morning routines with sensitivity and respect.
5. Ensure the care environment remains clean, safe, and peaceful.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold care standards and safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
7. A caring nature and commitment to supporting people with dementia.
8. Ability to work night shifts reliably and with minimal supervision.
9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
