IT Support Engineer – Windows 11 Deployment (SC Cleared)

Rate: £25.15/hr(Inside IR35)

We are seeking SC Cleared IT Support Engineers to provide Early Life Support (ELS) during a major Windows 11 migration project. These onsite roles will be key in supporting end users during deployment and ensuring a smooth transition to new devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the set-up and daily operation of a Refresh Clinic.
* Move and prepare devices from storage to the clinic as instructed.
* Refresh laptops and issue new devices in line with the migration schedule.
* Collect old devices and ensure all handovers are completed accurately.
* Update workflow management systems at all relevant stages.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the Post Migration Support Team.
* Carry out daily stock checks and report findings.
* Secure devices and equipment in storage at the end of each day.
Requirements
* Active SC Clearance (essential).
* Experience in IT support, ideally in deployment or migration projects.
* Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes.
* Reliable and detail-oriented with good teamwork skills.
