An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NMC registered Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Healthcare Company. This full-time role offers salary up to £42,, hybrid working options and benefits.
As a Occupational Health Advisor, you will deliver evidence-based case management for referrals concerning attendance, fitness for work, and occupational health advice.
You will be responsible for:
1. Produce clear, professional, and clinically sound written reports.
2. Advise on occupational health matters in line with legislation and best practice guidance.
3. Conduct fitness for work assessments and health surveillance in accordance with internal protocols and industry standards.
4. Interpret results from medicals and surveillance, providing appropriate fitness advice and escalating complex cases when necessary.
5. Offer clinical supervision and guidance to other team members, such as OH Technicians.
6. Maintain active NMC registration and adhere to professional standards, ensuring ongoing development and compliance with revalidation and supervision requirements.
What we are looking for:
7. Previously worked as a Occupational Health Advisor, Occupational Health Nurse, Registered Nurse or in a similar role.
8. NMC-registration.
9. Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health
Shift:
10. Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
