Adapt Learning Approaches: Tailor activities and strategies to suit individual learning styles and abilities. Support the Class Teacher: Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and learning resources. Promote Positive Behaviour: Encourage emotional wellbeing and help maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. About You Experience working within SEND settings, particularly supporting pupils with complex needs. A calm, flexible, and confident communicator who can build positive relationships.
