Role: Sales & Service Manager Location: Southampton
ABOUT THE ROLE Lead the service centre team to achieve sales and margin targets and grow the existing customer base. In addition, ensure full use of company systems to identify further sales opportunities. Achieve sales and margin targets in line with Company growth objectives & targets. Ensure branch costs are controlled. Delivery of consistent excellent customer service Daily collaboration with external sales and technical functions Understand the ERIKS product and service offering, its operating position and uses and be able to articulate this convincingly to our customers. Be effective in articulating the ERIKS value proposition and promote this to customers via the branch sales and service team. Delivery of the ERIKS Values of Passion, Specialism and Innovation. Communicate in a compelling way to all internal and external stakeholders Promote a best practice culture within the team Support and promote development of team Promote and maintain our HSE policies and initiatives
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm Weekly hours: 40 Breaks: 1 hour
