Overview

Responsibilities
* As a Registered Nurse, you will build on your existing skill set in a nurse-led environment, developing clinical decision making and collaborative skills.
* You will make a difference to Residents at times when they may feel vulnerable and will guide and support them in life-changing decisions.
* You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months' experience in Health or Social Care with a valid NMC PIN.
* You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.
* You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for people living in our care homes and their families.
* Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you should recognise signs of potential abuse, harm or neglect and know how to raise concerns. All colleagues attend safeguarding training and undertake related development as required.
