Client Executive
Fully remote role (UK based)
Role Purpose and Core Deliverables
The primary purpose of your role is to manage the development of your designated clients across different industry sectors. A strong client roadmap focusing on incremental value is crucial. You will present detailed updates to clients on projects such as data, CDP, analysis, insight, CRM, and day-to-day operations, ensuring confidence in your ability to maximize partnership impact.
You will work with established clients and support teams, assisting with planning, scheduling, briefing, and delivering exceptional client service. You will be the voice of the client internally, ensuring the completion of BAU projects and bespoke requirements/projects created by XCM or the client.
You should be confident, organized, driven, and passionate about building relationships, delivering value, and guiding clients to utilize the Horizon platform fully.
Key tasks include:
* Understanding client reporting & KPIs and providing insights to help develop proposals.
* Maintaining regular communication with clients about ongoing projects.
* Managing and progressing the Client Roadmap with support from your team and senior stakeholders.
* Updating and maintaining client documentation, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Supporting planning, scheduling, and delivery of work to meet service level agreements.
* Keeping senior stakeholders informed of opportunities and issues.
* Supporting accurate commercial reporting and documentation.
