About the Role
Do you speak fluent German and have a passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful work? We’re looking for a German-speaking Recruiter to support recruitment for a global client in the pharmaceutical sector. We are open to remote working but have a highly capable German team in the Edinburgh office.
You’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates across Germany and the DACH region, supporting scientific, technical, and manufacturing functions. This is a chance to shape high-quality hiring experiences and help build teams that drive innovation in healthcare.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent across Germany and the DACH region
* Managing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality, compliance, and candidate care
* Providing an excellent candidate experience in both English and German
* Building tailored sourcing strategies for specialist pharma and life sciences roles
* Strengthening our client’s employer brand across relevant channels and networks
* Screening CVs and calling candidates
What You’ll Bring
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* An interest in AI or learning AI recruitment skills
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, or technical sectors
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
* Understanding of the hiring landscape in Germany and/or the broader DACH region
* Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and local compliance considerations
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for people
