Client Manager - Natural Resources, Liverpool or Manchester

Have you got experience of handling the Commercial Insurance requirements of a wide variety of clientele, ideally with a knowledge and understanding of the Natural Resources/Renewable Energy space? Are you keen to work collaboratively within a focused, driven and highly collaborative team of like‑minded professionals ?

Working on a hybrid basis you'll be able to split your time between the office and from home.

What the day will look like

In this exciting role your responsibilities will include:

* Acting as a trusted adviser and brand ambassador for Aon, leading client relationships and building confidence with clients, carriers and stakeholders.
* Owning the end‑to‑end client journey – from renewal strategy and financial planning through to retention, growth and managing jeopardy accounts.
* Delivering high‑quality, proactive service by truly understanding clients’ businesses, meeting them face‑to‑face and managing expectations throughout the year.
* Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, using Aon’s processes and technology to deliver great client outcomes every time.
* Collaborating across Aon to solve problems, unlock value for clients and identify new revenue opportunities through strong Aon IQ and internal networks.
* Working closely with Client Service Advisers and colleagues, role‑modelling a “one team” culture while continuing to develop your own technical and leadership capability.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

* Listens and communicates well
* Strong technical ability especially on all the major classes of commercial insurance, with a good understanding of insurer market dynamics and an appreciation of the Natural Resources/ Renewable Energy sector
* Negotiation skills, so we can acquire the best outcome for clients
* Adaptable, organised, focussed and self-disciplined who is driven to achieving results
* Follows business procedures and processes
