Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line network support across enterprise environments.
* Troubleshoot issues across routing, switching, and connectivity.
* Support and maintain networks using BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
* Implement network changes and assist with maintenance activities.
* Monitor network performance and respond to incidents.
* Escalate complex issues where required.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
Skills / Must Have
* Experience in a network support role (1st or 2nd line).
* Solid understanding of routing and switching fundamentals.
* Exposure to or knowledge of BGP and OSPF.
* CCNA or JNCIA level (certified or working towards).
* Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills
* Firewall experience.
* VoIP knowledge or exposure.
* Experience working in MSP or service provider environments.
