Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Dronfield area as they look to recruit a Management Accountant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include: Full review of Nominal Ledger/Trial Balance Preparation of monthly Prepayments and Accruals Schedule and reconcile Accrued Income Maintain/update Fixed Asset Register Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss account for 3 entities on Sage 50 and Excel Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet for 3 entities on Sage 50 and Excel Preparation of monthly Cash Flow for 3 entities on Sage 50 and Excel Month-end closedown for 3 entities on Sage 50 Preparation of monthly Board pack, reviewing results against KPIs Assist Head of Finance with annual Financial Statements for submission to external Accountants Prepare/review/update monthly forecasting, with submission to Bank Analytical work – assisting the Head of Finance with a variety of projects Cover may be required in the following areas from time to time Accounts payable – input supplier invoices/credits onto Sage 50 Accounts receivable – input customer invoices/credits onto Sage 50 and customer portal Treasury – input bank transactions from automatic data feeds onto Sage 50 Payroll – assist in collating data for monthly payroll run Person Specification:
