We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in Bristol OR Birmingham. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities include:
* Supporting data gathering, organization, entry, and analysis for client projects
* Partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent service
* Handling client and member queries (verbal and written)
* Promoting continuous improvement within the team
* Maintaining technical and market knowledge
* Quality checking work of junior colleagues
* Attending client meetings as needed
* Serving as a training and technical resource for colleagues
Requirements:
* Administrative experience in a professional services environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication skills
* Numerical aptitude
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred:
* Experience with Group Risk or Healthcare background
* Insurance-related experience
* Relevant industry qualifications
