Lead and grow a regional residential development offering with full support from a national real estate platform. Key Experience Sought
Strong experience acting for residential developers, landowners, promoters, and public‑sector bodies on site acquisitions, disposals, development agreements and strategic land matters.
* Proven ability to manage complex development transactions, including regeneration schemes, mixed‑use projects and large‑scale residential sites. Experience advising on title due diligence, land assembly strategies, planning interfaces and infrastructure considerations. Ability to lead negotiations, manage multi‑party stakeholders and deliver commercially focused solutions. A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships within the residential development ecosystem. Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers within a growing team.
