Responsibilities:
1. Chief Cheerleader: Ensure every patron leaves with a smile, a story, and possibly a new best friend.
2. Stock Sorcerer: Keep the bar magically replenished with ales, lagers, and the occasional unicorn tears (or just gin, if the unicorns are on strike).
3. Event Maestro: Host legendary quiz nights, karaoke battles, and the occasional impromptu dance-off.
4. Peacekeeper: Mediate disputes over the last packet of crisps and ensure the dartboard remains a weapon of friendly competition.
5. Cleanliness Crusader: Maintain a pub that's cleaner than a whistle and shinier than a new penny.
6. Financial Wizard: Manage the till with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker and the charm of a seasoned bartender.
Stock Control:
7. Inventory Illusionist: Perform regular stock checks and ensure we're never caught short on the essentials (like beer, crisps, and more beer).
