What will you be doing? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and will involve:
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
* Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Using social media and job boards to advertise vacancies.
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Working closely with senior consultants to learn the ropes and grow your skills.
