Role: National Account Manager (Private Sector)
Location: Midlands or South of England/ Greater London
Contract Type: Full-Time/ Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: Paying up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance & Commission
Reporting into: Head of National Accounts (Private Sector)
This role is responsible for protecting, retaining, and expanding a designated portfolio of national accounts through strategic relationship management, proactive account development, and delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership & Growth Take charge of your portfolio, proactively identifying new opportunities to expand business and drive performance.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Build and nurture strong client relationships using Maximizer CRM to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.
Cross-Selling & Business Development Spot opportunities to promote relevant products and services, craft persuasive proposals, and contribute to complex tender processes to win new business.
Strategic Planning & Execution Present tailored solutions to key stakeholders, backed by a deep understanding of customer processes and business needs.
Reporting & Forecasting Share insights and updates with the Head of National Accounts to support strategic decision-making and future planning.Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
Proposal & Tender Writing: Skilled in crafting compelling proposals and contributing to complex tender processes to secure new business.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Maximizer, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track engagement, and drive conversion.
Presentation & Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in presenting tailored solutions to senior stakeholders.
Negotiation & Influencing: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and influence decision-makers to close high-value deals.
Market & Industry Insight: Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales approaches.
Time & Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in sales enablement, reporting, and virtual client engagement.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Maximizer, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track engagement, and drive conversion.Other Information:
