We are working closely with local secondary schools that require reliable, confident, and professional Cover Supervisors to step in and support their teams when teachers are absent. Key Responsibilities: Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task Delivering pre-prepared work and maintaining a positive learning environment Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently Supporting the school and staff to maintain a calm and productive atmosphere Requirements: Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead a classroom Adaptability and a proactive attitude Ability to work on a flexible, day-to-day or short-term basis Why Join Us?
