Job Description
* Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain talent.
* Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Assist with performance management and staff development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving organisational efficiency.
* Advise managers on workforce planning and succession strategies.
* Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
* Experience in advising on employee relations and managing sensitive situations.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to work collaboratively and support organisational goals.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
