Benefits
* Complete on‑target earnings of £120,000+
* £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
* £3,500 for your first 3 months of employment, while you build your pipeline
* Uncapped commission scheme
* A company car, or a monthly car allowance

* Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm Monday‑Friday
How you will make an impact
* Ensure the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
* Be a confident, influential, and diplomatic leader with an inherent sense of positivity and drive, possessing significant experience in multi‑branch lettings management.
* Maintain a clear understanding of current lettings legislation.
* Drive the performance, personal development and day‑to‑day management of your team.
* Communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing.
* Be articulate, pragmatic, analytical and solutions‑focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm.
* Be a high performer who is KPI‑driven, and an excellent recruiter and developer of people.
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential lettings at a branch manager position or higher.
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
* Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues.
* Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
* Ability to monitor and assess the performance of local competitors.
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
* Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads.
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Good telephone manner.
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages).
* Attention to detail.
