We are looking for someone to join our friendly team as a Medical Secretary to support our Live Donor Team until January 2026, as a Secondment/Fixed-term Post. You will be working during weekdays, during office hours.
Main duties of the job:
* You will have good communication, organisation, team working, and administration skills, with experience of working with the public, typing skills, and knowledge of data entry (training will be provided for our in-house IT systems). You will have a keen eye for accuracy.
* The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, courteous, and efficient secretarial service and perform high-standard clerical and administrative duties supporting members of the Clinical Team.
* The successful candidate will fulfill Medical Secretary duties for the Live Donor Team and be responsible for all aspects of the administrative preparation and delivery of this service.
