* Order office supplies and equipment
* Coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation
* Support and organise meetings
* Handle customer queries via phone and email
* Handle invoices, purchase orders, and document management
What you'll need to succeed
* Immediately available for work for short-term cover
* Strong administrative and coordination skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate
* Ideally, experience from a manufacturing environment
