We are looking for experienced Landscape Planners to join our Environment team operating across the UK to help deliver our exceptional services, delivering sustainable development.
What we need:
At Pegasus Group, landscape planning is crucial to project delivery. We use strategic landscape analysis to guide development principles and deliver sustainable designs.
We are seeking experienced landscape planners with a proven track record to deliver workstreams including Landscape Appraisals, LVIA’s, TVIA’s, greenbelt and greybelt assessments.
Our team works on high-profile projects, often liaising with barristers for planning appeals. Passion for sustainable development, team collaboration, professional integrity, and strong communication skills are essential.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
* A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
* Chartered Member of Landscape Institute
* Proven experience in LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements, and mitigation strategies;
* Experience in the energy and residential sectors.
* Strong technical report writing skills;
* Successful project management with effective organizational and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and independently;
* Proactive, strategic, and analytical approach to client requirements;
* Sound commercial acumen
