The Role:
As a Professional Carer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You’ll have supporting our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.
Responsibilities:
As a Professional Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with:
* Medication
* Meal preparation and nutrition
* Shopping and appointments
* Companionship
* Light cleaning duties
