Protocol Education is seeking several Teaching Assistants for ongoing work in Shoreham. We are recruiting for positions across all Key Stages from EYFS to KS2. Candidates should have previous experience.
The role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent. Pay depends on experience and role requirements.
All applicants must reside in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK.
The Role:
1. Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons.
2. Manage pupils' behaviour during activities.
3. De-escalate classroom situations appropriately.
4. Collect and return pupils' work at the end of lessons.
The Candidate:
* Experience working with children.
* A character who makes a positive difference and enjoys working with young people.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good reading comprehension.
* Proven ability to impact children's lives positively, in any field.

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with possible permanency later.
