Hours: 40 hours a week

The Opportunity
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s mission to maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient tram network.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical fitter to help with the maintenance, repairs and modifications of trams.
You will be part of a dedicated workshop team responsible for stripping down tram components, inspecting and repairing mechanical systems, and rebuilding vehicles to a high safety and performance standard.
What You will Be Doing:
Following Mechanical maintenance instructions and procedures with precision.
Mechanical repairs
Interior and exterior repairs
Completing mechanical faults and testing if required
Essential Requirements
Mechanical Fitting or Vehicle building skills.
Must have previous rail experience.
Experience of completing repairs and maintenance
Level 2 qualification in engineering field
