Role Overview:
The purpose of this job is to ensure that all types of Store & Internet returns are processed end to end in accordance with company procedures, Also completing other tasks on Outdoor Returns such as; Clearance to stores, ODD Shoes, Tent Inspections, Return to Vendor, Shogun Scan and others
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Unload, breakdown and locate all inbound Retail Returns from both internal and external sources
* Meet all KPI’s set within the department
* Process all Retail/internet Return types from across the group.
* Report any potential quality or product issues to the Management team for review
* Complete returns documentation & liaise with suppliers via email and phone
* Liaise and interact with all operational functions within the DC to ensure that stocks and returns are processed & stored in their respective locations.
* To complete any other ADHOC tasks as directed by your line Manager in line with current levels of responsibility.
* Training on all different job types on Outdoor Returns to be able to be flexible and work where required
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Good communication skills both written and verbal.
* Shogun/WMS skills preferred but not essential
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to prioritise work.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Be able to communicate and operate with all levels of staff.
