You’ll be supporting older people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes, providing person-centred care that enhances their quality of life and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities
* Supporting with medication in line with care plans
* Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties

* Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
* Assisting with shopping, errands, and promoting independence
* Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
* Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver high-quality support
What We’re Looking For
* We’re seeking caring, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
* No prior experience is required. what matters most is your compassion, commitment, and willingness to learn.
* Drivers with access to a vehicle (essential for travel between client visits)

* Paid mileage allowance between client visits
* Free DBS check and free uniform
* Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle, part-time or full-time (between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday)
