About The Role
This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during evening hours. Responsibilities include performing general cleaning duties, restocking supplies, maintaining hygiene standards in all areas, and ensuring the clinic is prepared for the next day. The position requires attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team as needed. A reliable and adaptable approach is essential to support the smooth and secure operation of the clinic after hours.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
* Ensure all client and visitor areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the evening.
* Replenish PPE supplies at designated stations and escalate low stock levels to the Facilities Manager.
* Report any maintenance or decoration issues to the maintenance team promptly.
* Accept and manage deliveries appropriately, ensuring items are stored securely.
* Support evening clinic preparation, ensuring rooms are clean, accessible, and ready for the next day’s appointments.
* Confirm all necessary equipment and documentation are in place for clinicians using rooms the following day.
* Lock and secure areas not in use, following the ‘End of Day Checklist’.
* Check the premises before leaving, ensuring no clinicians or visitors remain onsite and notify remaining staff if needed.
* Assist with light administrative tasks when required to support smooth clinic operations.

The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note there is no onsite parking). Working Part-time Monday to Friday - 4:30pm until 8:30pm (20h per week contract). The salary for the role is £12.60 per hour.
