We are recruiting a reliable teaching assistant to support pupils with complex SEND needs.
About the Role
* Provide tailored support for pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD.
* Adapt resources to support sensory and communication needs.
* Assist with personal-care routines where appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy teams.
* Deliver interventions aligned with IEP outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting SEND pupils.
* Empathy, resilience, and a positive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Qualifications such as CACHE, NVQ, or TA Level 2/3 are beneficial.
* Commitment to developing as a teaching assistant.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
