Reporting to the Operations Leader this is a day-based role working Monday to Fridays, enabling you to get involved in a variety of key electrical work on-site. We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. What You Will Do As an Electrical Technician you will be hands on, supporting and coaching your operational colleagues in resolving the electrical issues on the relevant machines. You will have daily operational meetings to discuss the direction of machinery. This role will also involve GAP analysis with colleagues understanding where improvements need to be made to ensure the efficiency of machines. You will work to all company standards including for safety and quality; and be work on medium and longer-term projects to improve the efficiencies of the department. Who are you? Proven electrical experience A clear communicator, willing to challenge effectively Self-starter as well as being able to work with others successfully - internally and with external suppliers/contractors.
