Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work across Birmingham and the surrounding areas? We’re currently seeking reliable and confident individuals to join our team to provide high-quality classroom cover in secondary schools.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
Delivering pre-set lessons to secondary school students in the absence of the class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
Following school policies and reporting back to teaching staff
Adapting to different school settings and subjects as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working within UK secondary schools (essential)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Ability to be flexible and respond to early morning calls for day-to-day cover
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting young people in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
