Smart Solutions have an opportunity with an established manufacturer for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist. This is a front-of-house role where you will be key in welcoming and representing the business at their site based in Baglan. You will also assist with day-to-day administrative duties collaborated within this role.
Part Time Hours – 15 Hours to be worked on Tuesday & Friday (8:30-16:30).
Main duties include:
* Answering all calls and transferring to the correct department/person.
* Signing in all visitors/contractors using VMS system and printing out visitor badges.
* Arranging travel for all UK employees.
* Managing all meeting room and boardroom bookings.
* Processing invoices so accounts can make payment.
* Arranging couriers (mainly using DHL online portal).
* Sorting all incoming mail/packages and ensuring it gets to the intended recipient in a timely manner.
* Using franking machine to send outgoing post.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Previous experience working in administrative roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A track record of working autonomously, using their initiative to resolve issues.
