About the role
You will support our Provisioning Team with administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring efficient resource management across our offices. Responsibilities include processing new starters and leavers, office refurbishments, and equipment management.
* Documentation: Maintain and organize manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
* Inventory Management: Track IT hardware, software, and assets.
* Procurement: Assist with IT equipment and service procurement, including quotes and order processing.
* User Support: Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot common issues.
* Project Assistance: Support IT projects by coordinating tasks and tracking progress.

Candidate requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills, primarily administrative background.
* Commitment to customer service and helpful IT support.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous administrative experience, preferably within IT.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure, adapt to change, and handle multiple duties.
* Team-oriented mindset with a supportive attitude.
* Comfortable working full-time in Stoke and traveling between offices as needed.
