Make things happen. Our graduate scheme lasts three years with three 12‑month rotations across a range of Finance departments. During the scheme, you’ll focus on broadening your knowledge in different aspects of our Finance operation, building a wider understanding of the business, and contributing to our success. You’ll kick off in Management Accounting, building strong business relationships and core accounting skills. You’ll also develop future-focused capabilities like value creation, storytelling with data and working with new technologies such as automation, before taking on a role as a Finance Business Partner and finally gaining experience in a more specialist area, such as:
