Responsibilities
* working as part of a team to prepare and cook food and to help keep the kitchen running smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
* operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
* work to time and quality targets with the team
* follow food hygiene and allergen, as well as health and safety standards
* clean as you go and perform full kitchen clean-downs
* rotate stock and store food safely
* complete required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
