What the Job Involves As a Scheduler, your main responsibility is to provide an effective scheduling management service. This involves managing the Caretaking Services database, monitoring work needs, ensuring efficient resource use, and meeting service objectives. You will act as a point of contact for queries, reschedule jobs as needed, communicate effectively with customers and team members, support quality systems, and assist with general office duties. Additionally, you will comply with health and safety legislation and the Council's policies, including safeguarding and equal opportunities.
